Kaco inverters from AB Solar Africa

The inverter is the key technology component in a solar energy installation. It converts the variable direct current (DC) output of a photovoltaic (PV) solar panel into a utility frequency alternating current (AC) , that can be fed into a commercial electrical grid or used by a local off-grid electrical network. It is a critical balance of system (BOS)-component in a photovoltaic system, allowing the use of ordinary AC-powered equipment.

For each application have the right device: for all module types, for grid-connection and feeding into stand-alone grids, for small house systems and commercial systems in the Megawatt range.

For the larger solar plants from 1 MegaWatt and above we use the KACO Blueblock solution, this is a container based AC connection with all protection on board for maximum result. Rea
